Application areas of zinc stearate

Zinc Stearate is mainly used as lubricant and mold release agent for styrene resin, phenolic resin and amine resin. It also functions as a vulcanizing active agent and softening agent in rubber.

Application fields
1.Used in pharmaceutical industry, curing oil and lubricant formulation, also used as paint desiccant. Used in the processing of PVC and rubber non-toxic products, with Calcium Stearate, Barium Stearate and appliances synergistic effect, can effectively improve the light and heat stability of PVC and rubber products, PVC processing dosage is usually <1 part.

2.Used for rubber products touch agent, also used in PP, PE, PS, EPS polymerization additives and pencil core manufacturing, the general dosage of 1 ~ 3 parts.

3.Zinc Stearate can be used as heat stabilizer; lubricant; grease; accelerator; thickener, etc. For example, it can be generally used as heat stabilizer for PVC resin.
